My client is a Global leader in shared workspace solutions. They offer clients short-term and long term, cost effective options to utilise excess space and also find workspace specific to a need.
With a client list that includes a number of Global multi-Nationals, this business model is already proven and rapidly taking market share from the more traditional commercial real estate leasing model.
With an ever evolving contract workforce, Clients are looking for more flexible workspace terms more frequently than ever before. This is one of the reasons for the great success of this model.
Reporting to the local Director, this role was created to take advantage of large potential client based overseas that can be leveraged, as well as the largely untapped local market. You will have plenty of autonomy and will have the opportunity to hit the ground running as there is a large client base ready to be engaged.
This Company has huge ambition to grow Australia wide and expand on their Sydney CBD head office. This is a crucial role with the potential for career growth as you help to pioneer a disruptive business model.
To be successful you must have previous Commercial Real Estate sales experience and a proven track record. Most important, though, is a hunger to succeed and an entrepreneurial, new business focused approach.
