Fantastic opp to take on a standalone, autonomous Marketing Manager for a leading boutique lender playing at the high end of the market. With an Award-winning name in the industry and more than 20 years track record, this is a role that focuses on maintaining Mortgage Broker engagement and bring on new potential Brokers.

This business has weathered the COVID-19 storm and has not made any redundancies during these past few months. After 5 successful years the incumbent marketing manager is leaving the business making way for fresh ideas and someone that wants to build on a string platform.
  
With luxury CBD offices and a unique culture that is build around paid education for staff and a closely knit team this a Company that retains its staff and treats them well. Yearly trips to Hamilton Island and regular team dinners and drinks are also commonplace. 

With the help of external Agencies you will oversee a $200,000 yearly budget in this role.
  
Some of your duties will include overseeing the Company newsletter, making improvements to, and management of, the Company website, develop new, innovative digital campaigns, increase Company awareness through Public Relations initiatives, allocate and direct media advertising spend and manage all events, both internal and external.

Your core role will be to engage with the 2,000 + Mortgage brokers online and maintain the prestigious name this Company has built over the years.

With plenty of autonomy and a high performing sales team around you, this is the ideal role for someone that has worked in a marketing role within Financial Services and is now looking to utilise their strong skill sets.

To be successful you must have at least 3 years relevant experience and Tertiary marketing qualification.
  
The base salary will be start at around $90,000 + Super with a generous bonus structure that will take your package to around $120,000 - $130,000 in your first year.
