Tell us your story of how you got into recruitment.

When I was looking for a job, I got an opportunity to work in HR. While working in HR I realised Recruitment and Employee Relationship are the key areas that I naturally thrived in.

What inspires you to go to work every day?

As a recruiter, I meet candidates and clients from all industries and all walks of life. Each connection I make, I get to learn new things and get satisfaction out of helping someone in obtaining their dream job. This feeling of satisfaction drives me to work.

Breakfast meal of choice before the workday: Any vegetarian meal but it must be with family. Helps to start my day on a positive note.

Dream travel destination (have not visited as yet): Mountain climbing in Himalayan Ranges

Favourite food: Any thing vegetarian

What three things can you not live without? Work, family & friends, and direction & purpose in life

Who’s your idol (and why?): My mother who inspires me every day

Do you have any hidden talents?  Not actually hidden as my friends know I am good dancer and a choreographer

What makes you the happiest? Doing challenging things and seeing it through completion

Name one cool thing on your bucket list: Live a meaningful and memorable life

What do you want to be when you grow up?  I am still growing…
