Tell us your story of how you got into recruitment.
When I was looking for a job, I got an opportunity to work in HR. While working in HR I realised Recruitment and Employee Relationship are the key areas that I naturally thrived in.
What inspires you to go to work every day?
As a recruiter, I meet candidates and clients from all industries and all walks of life. Each connection I make, I get to learn new things and get satisfaction out of helping someone in obtaining their dream job. This feeling of satisfaction drives me to work.
